Refund policy

Our Promise

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Rose & Mews.

If something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.


Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, marks, perfume, or damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Returned in their original condition


Before Returning Any Item

Please contact our support team before sending any return.

Returns must be authorised before shipment.

Once approved, our team will provide the correct return instructions for your order.

Unauthorised returns may not be eligible for processing.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, change of mind, or ordering multiple options, you may do so within our return period.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with these returns.


Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes require a different size.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when requesting a size exchange.

Rose & Mews will provide one complimentary replacement shipment per order for approved size exchanges.

Additional exchanges may require shipping charges.


Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, customers may choose one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement item

  • Full refund

  • Store Credit

Rose & Mews will cover all reasonable costs associated with approved defective or incorrect items.


Sale Items

Sale items may be returned or exchanged under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless explicitly marked as Final Sale.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to make the funds available in your account.


Rose Credit Option

As an alternative to a standard refund, customers may choose to receive 110% of their eligible refund value as Rose Credit.

This credit can be used toward future purchases at Rose & Mews and provides additional value for customers who plan to shop with us again.
